Donate to the Conference Scholarship Fund
New this year! We are pleased to offer attendees the opportunity to donate to the conference attendance scholarship fund for student nurses. Funds donated will help student nurses attend TTN 2024 at no cost to the student. $60 provides 1 scholarship. Any unused funds will be donated to the Foundation for Alaska Nurses.

Terms & Conditions
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
• All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to aknurse@aknurse.org and confirmed by AaNA.
• Cancellation requests received by September 5, 2024, will be refunded minus a $50 non-refundable administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of a valid request.
• No refunds will be given after September 5, 2024, nor will refunds be given for no-shows.
• You may transfer your registration to another individual until September 27, 2024. AaNA may not be able to honor transfer requests received after September 27, 2024.
Event Cancellation/Modification Policy
• AaNA reserves the right to make modifications to the conference program, date, and/or venue at any time without prior notice.
• AaNA reserves the right to modify, postpone/reschedule, or cancel this conference and any related activity for any circumstance beyond AaNA’s control, including but not limited to, force majeure, emergency, disaster, government regulation, and labor dispute.
• AaNA is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of the conference.
• If AaNA cancels the conference, every attempt will be made to reschedule or provide a modified virtual offering, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled/virtual event. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, AaNA will issue a full refund of the registration fee(s).
