Dr. Sandra Woods, MS, DrPH, RN is currently the Associate Dean of Nursing at Charter College. Dr. Woods was a part of the nursing leadership team that successfully navigated the COVID Pandemic shutdown without delaying program completion for any students. She has since worked to build the simulation library and process to deliver experiences that are comparable to the inpatient clinical setting.

Over her 30-year career, Dr. Woods has held a variety of clinical and administrative positions from staff nurse, nurse manager, quality improvement director and staff development nurse consultant. She has worked in Adult Medical-Surgical, Adult Oncology, Child, Adolescent and Adult Mental Health, Public Health and Primary Care/Family Medicine.
